Are all configurations identical?

No. Colors and included attachments differ. The light blue car-only configuration does not include a floor head or extension wand. Review the option image before ordering.

Where can I use the vacuum?

Select the configuration and accessories appropriate for the surface. Follow the product instructions for use and maintenance.

How long does delivery take?

Processing is typically 1–3 business days and transit 4–6 business days. Shipping to the US and Canada is free.

Can I return my order?

Contact us within 30 business days after delivery. We cover eligible return shipping; approved refunds generally take 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection.
